Personal fitness is not something that I necessarily teach in class, but it is something that all people should think about in daily life.

We should all be exercising at least three times a week for at least 30 minutes a day. This doesn’t mean you have to go to the gym, but there are simple body weight exercises you can do at home, or even going for a brisk walk.

Include stretching, body weight exercises, weights such as dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, etc., and work on a good diet. I recommend following the paleo diet principles, or the Whole 30 diet plan.

You need to adapt a lifestyle of fitness, look to such people as Jack Lalane as a guideline. Health, fitness, and longevity are available, if we make the right choices in life.

Also, regular massage and acupuncture treatments can help you naturally maintain your health.
