Unarmed Skills

Bujinkan training is base on many various unarmed skills, which then apply to all the weapons learned within the Bujinkan.

Some of the many forms of unarmed skills a student will learn are:

  • Kamae ~ body postures
  • Taihenjutsu ~ body movement
  • Dakentaijutsu ~ punching and kicking skills
  • Ukemi ~ rolling and falling skills
  • Jutaijutsu ~ grappling skills
  • Mokuso ~ energy awareness, and meditation
